Personalized movement practices where, through one-on-one dialogue, we jointly build a path guided by your needs, rhythms, and desires. Each session is a safe space to explore your body in motion, investigating your internal supports, your relationship with the ground, and the resources that emerge from your own body.
These practices invite you to study movement as a source of presence, vitality, and autonomy. The focus is on what truly resonates with you: whether it's finding more stability, cultivating joy in movement, working on your relationship with your pelvis, or simply creating a space to listen to your body deeply.

For anyone—pregnant, non-pregnant, or postpartum—seeking a process of self-discovery through their body. The sessions adapt to what emerges during the encounter, respecting what your body needs at each moment.
Think of it as a somatic exploration journey: I provide the structure, the perspective, and the tools; you bring your story, your questions, and your answers. Together, we shape the practice based on what the body reveals.
