In this practical-theoretical workshop, we connect with our vital center, the pelvis activating its mechanical, emotional, and intuitive intelligence.
Through guided somatic practices, grounding, movement, dance improvisation and inner listening we’ll find a safe ground to explore the pelvis as a gateway to self-expression, connecting impulse and support.
By bringing awareness from the pelvis down, we establish a clear relationship with the ground and reclaim the support and courage needed to embrace our own joyfull state.
A call to listen to the body through its encounter with the ground — the place from which support emerges, helping us to structure the body in order to receive and sustain our expansive movement flows.
