Finding support for your joy and your pleasure is a radical act of resistance
Through guided somatic practices, grounding, movement, dance improvisation and inner listening we’ll find a safe ground to explore the pelvis as a gateway that connects above and below, support and desire, impulse and support.
In this workshop, we’ll connect with this vital center — activating its structural, emotional, and intuitive intelligence.
By bringing awareness from the pelvis down, we establish a clear relationship with the ground and reclaim the support and courage needed to embrace our own pleasure and joy.
A call to listen to the body through its encounter with the ground — the place from which support emerges, helping us to structure the body in order to receive and sustain our expansive movement flows.
